al GRESHco feast
I shop at Chicago’s Green City Market year round and work with a ton of local farmers, but its no secret that the some of the best stuff is spring through fall. I created al GRESHco feast last year to celebrate the great market we have. At each feast I will create and prepare a minamum of 4 courses for $75 complete with beverage pairing, tax and tip is not included. I serve this feast on the patio of David Burkes Primehouse weather permitting of course. I only have one seating at 7pm for all al GRESHco feasts, please play nice with the other guests and show up on time, after all they are hungry too!
